Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. You must notify us of your wish to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
If the deadline has passed, the returned item(s) will be sent back to the customer, and a shipping fee will be charged.

For unclaimed packages, we reserve the right to charge a fee of NOK 250, which covers shipping, handling, and any additional costs incurred, including interest and fees related to invoice payments.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Fill out the return/withdrawal form included with your order.

  2. Place the completed form together with the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging from vividsunglasses.com, or other suitable packaging.

  3. Attach the prepaid return label included with your order clearly on the outside of the package.
    – When using the prepaid return label, a return fee of NOK 90 will be charged.
    – No return fee applies in the case of a complaint or defective item.

  4. Deliver the return package to your nearest Bring/Posten service point.
    – Please note: the package cannot be sent via PostNord or other carriers, nor placed in a mailbox.

  5. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.

Important:
If you choose a different shipping method and do not use the prepaid return label, you are responsible for the full return shipping cost. In such cases, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipment for both your and our security.

 

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, you must return your original order and place a new order through the online store.

Please complete the enclosed return/withdrawal form and attach the prepaid return label securely to the outside of the package.
A return fee of NOK 90 will apply if you use the return service provided by VIVID.

Just as it is our responsibility to ensure that your order reaches you, it is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that the return package reaches us. You are responsible for the contents of the package until it has been received by us.

 

REFUNDS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from the entire purchase, you will be refunded the value of the item(s) within 14 business days after we have received and processed the return.
You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been completed.

  • If the order was paid by card, the refund will be issued to the same card used for the purchase.

  • If you chose to pay by invoice, you may disregard the invoice, but please remember to notify Klarna to request an extension of the payment deadline in order to avoid late fees.

If you paid by invoice and return part of your order, you must deduct the value of the returned item(s) and pay the remaining balance to avoid late fees. We will update the invoice as soon as we receive your return.
If you have already paid the invoice in full, please contact Klarna by email and provide your bank account details for the refund (remember to include your order number).

If you are returning all or part of an order paid by invoice, you must personally contact Klarna to request a deferred due date. Failure to do so may result in late fees being applied before your return has been received and processed. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as when it was received. This means:

  • all original tags attached

  • no odors

  • no marks or signs of use

If an item is returned in used condition, we will assess the reduction in value and refund the adjusted amount accordingly.
Items that clearly show signs of use and are returned without tags are not eligible for a refund.
