EXCHANGES, RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
At Vivid Sunglasses, you have a 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item, as provided by Norwegian law. Please notify us within those 14 days. If the deadline has passed, the item(s) will be returned to you and a shipping fee will apply.
For uncollected parcels, we reserve the right to charge a 250 NOK fee to cover shipping/handling costs and, where applicable, interest and fees on invoice purchases.
Underwear and bikini bottoms cannot be exchanged or returned.
HOW TO RETURN

Fill out the right-of-withdrawal form included with your order.

Pack the form together with the item(s) you wish to return, using the original packaging from Vivid Sunglasses or other suitable packaging.

Attach the pre-filled return label included with your order clearly on the outside of the parcel. When using our label, a 90 NOK return fee applies. (No fee for approved claims/defects.)

Hand in the parcel at your nearest Bring/Posten drop-off point.

Note: The parcel cannot be sent with PostNord or other carriers, and must not be left in a mailbox.

You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your return is received and processed. Please note this may take up to 14 days.
Important: If you choose another shipping method and don’t use our return label, you must cover the full return cost yourself. We strongly recommend trackable shipping for your and our security.
EXCHANGES
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or product, return the original order and place a new order in the online store.

Fill out the included right-of-withdrawal form and use the return label (securely attached to the parcel). You’ll be charged 90 NOK if you use Vivid’s return label.
Just as it’s our responsibility to ensure delivery to you, it’s your responsibility to ensure the parcel returns safely to us. You are responsible for the parcel and its contents until we receive it.
RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you cancel the entire purchase, we will refund the item value within 14 business days after we have received your return. You will receive an email receipt once your return has been processed.

Card payment: refunded to the same card used at checkout.

Klarna invoice: you may disregard the invoice once refunded, but remember to notify Klarna to extend the due date to avoid reminder fees.
If you paid by invoice and return part of your order, deduct the value of the returned item(s) and pay the remaining amount to avoid reminder fees. We will update the invoice as soon as we have received your return.

If you have already paid the invoice, please contact Klarna by email and provide your account number for the refund (include your order number).
If you return all or part of an order paid by invoice, you must contact Klarna yourself to extend the due date. If not, reminder fees may accrue before your return is received and processed. Any reminder fees are the customer’s responsibility.
To receive a full refund under the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in the same condition as received: all hangtags attached, no odors, no marks.
If you return an item that shows signs of use, we will assess the reduction in value and refund the used value. Items that are clearly used and missing hangtags do not qualify for a refund.
