Your satisfaction with your purchase is our number one goal. If you have any questions about the item(s) please ask.

Our policy is 30 daysReturns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, if they have not been worn (a quick try on is fine of curse) and in original condition with original packaging.

Any order discrepancies or damaged items received must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue & a picture of the of the item. Send to shopvividsunglasses@gmail.com

If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us before you send anything back. The purchase price will be refunded when we receive the items(s) in it's original condition. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges (and insurance, if required) to return the item(s). We most receive a tracking number for the return. Thank you

In all cases, refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. In some instances, shipping can take up to 5 weeks.

If you are returning an item(s) we will need the tracking number and if the item is over $75, you should consider shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
